I am currently hiring for a full-time leasing position here in the rental office at The Lakes at Ashton Village Apartments - We are located in Ashville, Ohio - approximately 15 miles south of Columbus.

This is a full-time position that requires every Saturday to be worked. Hours - Tuesday through Friday 9-6 & Saturday - 9-3.

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to -
Leasing of apartments
Lease signings and move ins
Opening, closing and making ready of the model and ammenities Answering multi line phone system
Following up on telephone calls, messages, and leads
Application processing
Administrative work
Filing
Housekeeping
Conducting market surveys
Participating in training, in order to comply with new and/or existing laws.
Distribution of notices to community

You will also be assisting the Manager with -
Rent collection
Resident retention
Handling of resident matters
Leasing renewals
Maintaining and updating information for resident files
Completion of inspections
Lease compliance
Curb appeal
Scheduling and coordinating vendors
Inspections for completion of acceptable work performance
Handling of daily operations of 192 unit apartment community.

Prefer at least one year of leasing experience in the apartment rental industry but will train the right person for the job. This is a fast paced industry and incredibly rewarding and fun.
