If you still get these messages you’re one of the luckiest people alive 🙏

Feeling extremely grateful this morning. It’s such a blessing to have my favorite women text me asking how things are going in my life

Gratitude is something I’ve been working on implementing more in my life

Some days I practice it and other days I don’t. But I can without a doubt say that when I practice gratitude multiple times a day I feel so much better about myself and feel more encouraged to take on the day

Not everyday is going to be your best day. And that’s ok. No one is perfect. Each day is a new day to better yourself and become the person you know you’re capable of being

I’ve got a long way to go. I have my up and my downs. But because of gratitude and other personal habits and personal development that I’ve established over the years, the downs aren’t nearly as bad and don’t last as long

Linger in gratitude as long as you can. The vibrations and messages you put out can and will be answered and you’ll likely be surprised at what doors open for you

The tide is shifting once again! 🕺

Inventory is on the rise in most states across the country

Colorado coming in at 5.1%

So what does this mean? Especially for buyers

Well, we might start seeing less of a frenzy when it comes putting offers on properties

With more inventory on the market there becomes less competition between buyers as they have more to choose from

Will be the mania be calmed? Perhaps. But it’s going to take some time before it really settles back to a level equilibrium

About time we packed our suitcases and travelled ✈️
What isn’t there to love about getting outside your comfort zone and normal routine?
Prior to the shutdowns we had two weeks planned in France in May of 2020
I bet you can imagine we didn’t make it 😤
So finally, we decided it was time to get out of and head down south to warm weather in Costa Rica
Nothing better than traveling to a new place
Especially after the uncertain year it’s great to travel and enjoy new experiences so we can reset our bodies and our mind
It’s not everyday you get to wake up and listen to howler monkeys 🐵
Or go Snorkling, jet skiing, tour a chocolate farm, and watch sloths do a whole bunch of nothing 🦥
Now we’re planning our next trip this fall and I’m already feeling happier and a sense of reward
