The April 2026 market numbers are in for the Roaring Fork Valley — and there's a lot worth paying attention to.

A few highlights: Aspen condos closed at 105% of list price in April, signaling real competition in that segment. Carbondale had 11 single family home sales at an average of $2,416,364 and 96% of list. Basalt's one single family sale closed at exactly asking price. Snowmass Village condos came in at 97% of list with 5 sales.
