Two of the best ranches for sale in Western Colorado, and I’m representing both.

The Ranch in Old Snowmass: 151 furnished acres in Old Snowmass, turnkey, ready to live in now.

Turnabout Ranch: a working ranch, uniquely entitled for horses or cattle, where legacy awaits.

The Ranch is plug and play. The Turnabout is a blank canvas. Both are extraordinary!

Comment RANCH for Snowmass. Comment TURNABOUT for Carbondale.

Buying a ranch in Colorado isn’t like buying a house, and it takes an agent who actually knows the land.

For 20+ years in the Roaring Fork Valley, I’ve done this work the only way it should be done: in the field, boots on the ground, knowing every acre.

These days, I’m representing two extraordinary ranches now for sale in western Colorado. The Ranch in Old Snowmass, 151 private acres framed by by wilderness and Mt. Sopris. And Turnabout Ranch in Carbondale, 450 acres steeped in history, awaiting your vision and legacy.

If owning a Colorado ranch is the goal, I’d be glad to walk you through it.

Sold in Aspen, Colorado. This commercial office went under contract in 48 hours and closed in 30 days at $1.2 million. That kind of speed isn’t luck, it’s pricing a property correctly out of the gate and having qualified buyers ready before the sign goes up.

Aspen commercial moves differently than residential, and if you own a commercial space here and want to know what it would do in today’s market, that’s a conversation worth having.

And it’s not just commercial. I’m not another one-trick pony. I do it all, and I do it expertly: residential, commercial, land and ranch, and more TDRs than any other local broker.

Here’s the fun question: what would you do with an extra $2 million? .

After 20+ years in this valley, I can tell you the questions serious buyers ask have shifted, and water is near the top of the list now.

This home, now for sale in Basalt, Colorado, draws from a historical spring on the property that feeds the house directly. With most of Colorado in drought, an on-site source like this isn’t a novelty line on a spec sheet. It’s a kind of security you can’t manufacture. Let me walk you through how it works.

For sale in Basalt | $3,245,000 | 5-bed retreat on 4.45 acres with its own spring-fed water.

Carbondale, Colorado | now $19,500,000 | 450 acres, just improved by $2.5 million.

I’ve said for years that the smart money in this valley reads Carbondale correctly, and Turnabout Ranch is the clearest example I can point to.

450 acres in the shadow of Mount Sopris, senior water rights, active agricultural status, and a rare, already-approved entitlement for a 40,000-square-foot equestrian center.

At $19.5 million, this is legacy Colorado land at a number that just got $2.5 million more compelling.

Sold in Carbondale, Colorado. Peace on the Crystal has closed at $2,529,500, with the neighboring lot going for $300,000.

This is the Carbondale dream in a single transaction: 280 feet of private Crystal River frontage, end-of-the-road quiet, minutes from town, and buyers who understand that riverfront value down valley gets scarcer every year.

If you own on the Crystal or anywhere around Carbondale and you’re wondering what it’s worth in today’s market, that’s a conversation I’m always glad to have.

Yes you heard that right, a penthouse in Carbondale.

I live here in Carbondale, so when I show you the mid-valley, it’s not from a brochure, it’s from actually knowing these streets, these neighborhoods, and what’s coming next.

After 20+ years in the Roaring Fork Valley, I’ve helped clients find just about everything: penthouses like this one, riverfront acreage, ranches, even off-market properties with their own natural hot springs.

Tell me what you’re looking for and I’ll tell you where it lives.

FOR SALE | Summer is when Turnabout Ranch shows you exactly what it is. The hayfields come in green and gold, the ponds catch the light, and the whole valley opens up under 360-degree views of the Elk Mountains, the Crown, and sunlight. Mornings are for the water and the trails. Evenings are for the porch, the long shadows, and 450 acres of quiet that’s entirely your own.

This is a working ranch that still cuts its own hay, but it’s also the kind of place a family spreads out into for a whole season and never wants to leave. Room to ride, room to roam, room to build the next chapter, all a short drive from downtown Carbondale with Aspen just down the valley.

After 20+ years living and selling in this valley, I’ll say it plainly: a summer like this, on land like this, is rare.
