Inventory remains tight across the valley, and in markets like Aspen and Snowmass, fewer sales are creating a clear advantage for sellers who know how to position their property.⁠

🏔 Aspen saw pricing adjust, but demand is still there for well presented homes that stand out.⁠
🌲 Snowmass had very limited sales this month, reinforcing just how inventory constrained that market is.⁠
🌄 Basalt made a strong move with a significant increase in sales and overall volume.⁠
🏡 Glenwood Springs and Carbondale both showed solid activity, with buyers continuing to engage across multiple price points.⁠
