Last years prediction for when the downturn in the market would shift has changed from the 3rd or 4rth Quarter of 2018, but Randy Gold explained that he thinks it might be more around the first quarter of 2020.

Sellers are starting to understand that the pricing they are asking for is not really where the market is at today. What I recommend for buyers is to put something on paper if you are really interested. It never hurts to make the offer and I'm never afraid of doing that.
