JUST SOLD! ✨ This one was special!The property is dreamy, the Sellers are kind and grateful gems (rare these days), the Buyer was excited, the deal was pretty smooth (in a not so smooth market). The stars seemed to have aligned and while I’m beyond grateful we closed today I am sad to see this beautiful property and the Sellers in the rear view mirror. I enjoyed working with Betsy Black as always, and it was a pleasure to work with AJ Morris and Craig Morris.

Something I have noticed over twenty years working this market: the buyers who close before ski season have a few things in common. They do their research early. They have a real picture of what they want, not just what they think they want. And they work with someone who knows which properties have legs and which have been sitting for a reason. The fall window in Aspen and Snowmass is not a secret, but most buyers do not take advantage of it. They wait until December when the mountain is open and the inventory is thin. The ones who move now, while the summer crowd has gone home, tend to feel very good about the timing looking back.
