Since 1993, she has been a top performer with a history of experience in luxury real estate sales throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, from single family homes, townhomes, condominiums and ranches to developments. Her husband, John, raised his family in Starwood alongside John Denver and developed many properties in downtown Aspen. Raised on the Great Lakes of Chicago and northern Michigan, she has a Midwestern ethic that is tenacious, competitive, and focused while working 24/7. Arleen understands importance of accessibility when negotiating with buyers and sellers across the globe in different time zones. Arleen has been a full time real estate professional since 1979 where she worked in lake offices in Michigan, including Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Boyne City. She is National Association of Realtors, REALTOR®

Arleen has always been passionate about skiing. She is the mother of a Junior Olympic ski racer. She is a certified PSIA instructor and teaches adults and families part-time in Snowmass. Since 2006, Arleen is actively engaged in the fundraising arm of Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs Summit Circle. Arleen was also active in the fundraising efforts to build the Heart & Vascular Center and Calloway/Young Cancer Center. In 2014, she also started a non-profit, “Igniting the Spark-Alive Inside”, a music and memory program designed for elders across the US and Canada.
