When a client sends you a referral to help a friend of hers, it’s the ultimate compliment. It was such a pleasure to educate this lovely, bright young woman to our market so that she was ready to make a move when “the one” became available. As a first-time homebuyer in the Roaring Fork Valley, I was privileged to hold her hand as we navigated the offer, contract and closing process. Congratulations to Cleo, who I am now honored to call my friend, as she puts down roots in the Roaring Fork Valley.
