WOAH. Can you believe this is the SAME apartment only a week apart?! 🤯

When I first stepped into this listing, the landlord showed me around the place and immediately saw one thing: potential.

Let’s be real here, the carpeting in the original photos was not doing this space justice! I listed this unit with the carpeting, just to test the waters, and do you want to know how many inquiries I got? 4. Yep. Just 4 over the course of FIVE DAYS. (Surprise, none of them took it.)

I recommended to the landlord to remove the carpeting, and he was hesitant. A couple days later I get a call from him saying, “Natalie, you were right about the floors. They’re beautiful underneath!” Covering those gorgeous original hardwood floors was a crime! Okay, not a real crime… but a serious offense to that wood.

I then listed the unit after I virtually staged it (we offer professional virtual staging for all of our exclusives!) and BOOM, I had over 80 emails in my inbox within a matter of hours. My schedule is completely booked for the evening, and I expect this unit will be taken off the market later today. I even got an early application from a client!

The moral of the story here is this: spending a little time and money up front in a unit can truly transform the space into something far beyond what lays underneath a fluffy red carpet. It can transform it into a HOME. 🏡

The answer: 2-3 weeks

Yes, it's really that quick!

If you look too early, the apartment will be rented and off the market! If you look too late, availability will be slim and the management might not be able to process your application in time.
