Some say a home holds the memories of those who have lived in it. Though I've never lived in this house, it holds memories for me as well. This home was my first listing as a brand new agent, nearly 10 years ago. The owner at that time was newly married and they were heading off on their next adventure. He was kind and brave to trust a green agent, and I had a great experience working with him as I learned the ropes. How interesting to come full circle and have the opportunity to sell this home again for a sweet family who were called away to help a loved one.
