Residents and guests aboard The World arrived in Astoria yesterday morning and have been enjoying a beautiful overnight stay at the Port.

With sunny skies and exceptional weather along the waterfront, visitors have had a wonderful opportunity to explore Astoria, experience the community, and take in the sights of the Columbia River.

The World's stay is scheduled to conclude this evening, with departure planned for 8:00 PM as the residential yacht continues its journey.

We thank the residents, crew, and guests of The World for visiting Astoria and look forward to welcoming them back in the future. Residents and guests aboard The World arrived in Astoria yesterday morning and have been enjoying a beautiful overnight stay at the Port.

I started my day making typical content to post about a few recently closed sales. “Congratulations to the sellers and buyers!” “Thanks to the cooperating realtors…” The usual. Some of our community members were taken today. They were kidnapped, transferred to vans staged less than a mile from my home, then transported out of town, away from their loved ones. It was a heavy day, like most days lately. I’m so grateful to have the work that I do, and for this community that does their best to protect each other in the face of so much darkness. Maybe I’ll post some real estate content tomorrow.✌️
