5 simple steps for prepping your home for a sale:

- Declutter and move extra items into storage.

- Clear counter space and make room in closets. If you have 20 appliances on your kitchen counter it will look cluttered and small. If your closets are stuffed it will be hard for buyers to envision that there is room for them in this home.
