SOLD‼️ After a single weekend of showings, we secured multiple offers well over asking AND free rent back so the kids could finish out the school year! My sellers were over the moon! What is with the bus you ask? Turns out it was cheaper to buy a bus to move across country rather than renting a moving truck! Now they can create a custom RV bus after the move! Win win! I am going to miss this family. I have had the pleasure with working pretty closely with them over the past 4 years for the purchase and now sale of this home. They are amazing people with solid ethics and are always making me laugh. I hope all of their dreams are realized as they head east to embark on life's next big adventure ❤

❤ It is sad to say farewell to these two!!! I had the pleasure of helping them buy this place 5 years ago and the honor of selling it for them now that life is taking them elsewhere. This transaction was a doozy! With a contingency on the sale of the buyers property out of state and a contingency for the seller to close on a replacement property out of state, it was a train ride like no other! After 6 extensions and a lot of hoopla, we finally closed and replacement property keys in hand. I wouldn't have wanted to go through this with anyone other than these two amazing humans. They stayed grounded and positive through it all!!! I will miss you Allen and Chairty ❤❤❤
