As the prices for single-family homes here in the Valley continue to rise, I’ve noticed townhomes and condos have yet to catch up to this massive appreciation.

Whether you're in the market for your first home or you’re a career investor, purchasing a townhome/condo is a great opportunity right now.

These communities generally have a top-notch HOA. This is great for a young homeowner, as the HOA fees often cover any and all exterior maintenance including roofing, exterior walls/paint, and landscaping. I’ve even seen some HOA’s cover all utility expenses.

As Arizona sees more millennials moving here than ever before, a huge portion of them will opt to rent rather than buy - due to financial reasons or simple uncertainty.

At the same time, Phoenix is becoming a hugely popular vacation destination; the short-term rental market is booming as websites like Airbnb and VRBO have become the norm.

These factors make townhomes and condos an extremely attractive opportunity for both experienced and beginner investors, as well as those looking for their first home here in the Valley of the Sun. ☀️📈

It seems that everyone in the valley has had the same question recently: Is now the best time to buy?

I've answered this question for a few of my friends already, so I thought I'd get on here and give you all my thoughts on the matter.

Housing inventory in the Valley is still struggling to keep up with the massive demand for homes, resulting in current homeowners seeing some serious appreciation.

In fact, Phoenix has topped the nation's home price growth for 22 consecutive months.

Most Economists and Agents can agree on one thing: There are no signs of this appreciation slowing down.

So what’s my advice? The best time to buy is 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙬, that way you can begin earning immediate returns on your investment.
