I attended college at Hocking College where I earned my degree in nursing. I learned to meet the unique needs of each individual. In 1990 I graduated from the Walton School of Auctioneering. In 1991 I opened my own business Hutchinson Auction Inc. My business helped me grow many business skills. With more than 25 yeats of experience, I have become an expert in negotiation and contracts, an importa

nt benefit for real-estate transactions. I again attended Hocking College where I took real-estate classes. I became a Licensed Realtor in 2008. This combined with my auctioneer license, allows me to help you buy or sell your home in the traditional way or through real-estate auctions.
