Day 14 & 15 of the Athens Eastside project. Our kitchen cabinets have been installed! I decided to change the layout from the old L-shaped into a galley design with more cabinets on both walls. This opened up the space, gives more storage, & countertop space. I also replaced all of the lighting to give the home a more sleek & cohesive look. In the backyard we built a deck off the exterior door that was added. Next up flooring, countertops, and paint.

Day 9 & 10 of the Athens Eastside project. The Steadfast Construction team got after it I decided to go ahead and replace all of subfloor throughout the house. There was a 1 inch gap btwn rooms due previous owners stacking 7 types of flooring on top one another during previous updates. This will help us having continuous level flooring throughout. We also framed out new duct work & closet to get ready for drywall.
