🚨SOLD🚨Congratulations to Alyssa & RJ on the purchase of their beautiful home!!! You did it!!! Super excited for these 1st time home buyers. We started our search a couple years ago, but decided to push pause. They came back with a clear picture of their needs and we hit the ground running. We made an offer on one that house that didn’t work out. But stayed the course and found the perfect home in the same neighborhood - with more space, a larger/more usable yard, and an unfinished basement for future value add. On top of that we were able to negotiate all appliances & majority of closing costs.
I’m so impressed with them for buying their 1st home in their early 20s & making this big time investment in their future! Love that this will be the place they start their family and I know that you all will create so many special memories here for years to come!
