One of the easiest ways to waste money before selling your house? 💰 Trying to fix EVERYTHING. 🔨

You don’t necessarily have to start replacing light fixtures, updating countertops, or tackling that giant list you’ve been putting off—talk to your Realtor-which I hope is me! 😉

You don’t have to do EVERY improvement to help sell your house.

When I meet with sellers, part of my job is helping them figure out:

What’s worth fixing.
What buyers are actually going to care about.
What could hurt us during a showing or inspection.
And what we should just LEAVE ALONE.

Sometimes the smartest pre-listing decision is actually deciding what NOT to spend money on, and then seeing what’s important to the buyer when the home inspection report comes in.

I want to make sure my sellers spend their time and money where it will actually matter when I sell it for them!🏡
