Sometimes you have closings that stick with you for the very best reasons. This one was no exception. ❤️

From start to finish, this transaction was so smooth. Every person involved, from the listing to the closing table, played a huge role in making that happen. 

The sellers worked overtime to make sure the house was spotless from top to bottom for my buyers on closing day. It is so refreshing to see genuine kindness in people that just simply care. 

Tanya Brown, NMLS 1843933 was a total boss in making all of this possible. From working odd hours to accommodate my buyers in a completely different time zone, to just being there for them every step of the way, and making sure everyone stayed informed throughout the whole process. 

Robyn Hicks is a gem of an agent to have on the other side. She is so sweet and easy to work with and knows what she is doing, through and through. She represented her sellers so well.

My buyers are some of the most kind and genuine people I have ever met, and they let the Lord guide them every step of the way. Their love for Jesus is obvious and touches everyone they meet. They are truly a light.

At one point, we were all crying in the closing room. And the buyers and sellers hit it off so well, that they went to have lunch together after closing.

AI has its moments, but I know we are all getting sick of how over used it is.

Some people can barely post a status with their own thoughts, or upload a single picture without over filtering it through AI (here’s my request to not render my photos through AI - thanks). 

I’m not totally against it. If you look at my profile, you’ll see where I’ve used it myself (working on updating some things folks okay).

But here’s a call to simpler times and hand made over AI generated.
