Landmark Properties is proud to announce the delivery of The Standard at Los Angeles, a 1,261-bed student housing community located just steps from the University of Southern California campus.

The eight-story community features 429 units ranging from studios to five-bedroom apartments, more than 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a market-leading amenity package that includes a rooftop pool and Jumbotron, fitness and wellness center, sports simulator, study and gathering spaces, five ground-floor courtyards and more.

The Standard at Los Angeles marks Landmark’s second ground-up development in Los Angeles, expanding the company’s presence near USC and across the broader Los Angeles market.

Landmark Properties has expanded its Oxford, Mississippi portfolio with the acquisition of The Domain at Oxford, a 642-bed student housing community located just one mile south of the University of Mississippi.

Acquired in a joint venture with Liberty Mutual Investments, with Peninsula Investments Group also partnering on the transaction, The Domain at Oxford offers a mix of one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments alongside a robust amenity package featuring a fitness center, golf simulator, study spaces, screening theatre, resort-style pool, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and more.

The acquisition further strengthens Landmark’s commitment to the Oxford market, where we recently announced plans to develop The Station Oxford, an 817-bed community anticipated to deliver for the 2027–2028 academic year.

Landmark Properties is proud to announce the delivery of The Mark Fort Collins, located steps from Colorado State University. Developed in partnership with Silverpeak and Peninsula Investments Group, the six-story community welcomed its first residents beginning August 1.

This delivery is a great example of what our vertically integrated platform can do: Landmark and our joint venture partners took over a stalled project from a previous developer, and our development and construction teams restarted construction and delivered a high-quality asset from the ground up.

The Mark Fort Collins offers studio to four-bedroom apartments and approximately 39,000 square feet of amenity space, including a heated outdoor pool, sky deck and lounge, fitness and wellness centers, private study and coworking spaces, and a sports simulator.

The delivery marks Landmark’s second student housing community in Fort Collins. Thank you to our partners and the entire Landmark team whose collaboration and dedication made the successful delivery of The Mark Fort Collins possible.

Landmark Properties proudly welcomed the first residents to Narrative at Columbia, an 826-bed student housing community serving the University of South Carolina, developed in partnership with Peninsula Investments Group.

Located at 1050 Idlewild Boulevard, Narrative at Columbia is the first new cottage-style student housing community to open in the USC market in recent years. The 197-unit community offers a mix of two- to six-bedroom residences, resort-style amenities, dedicated academic spaces and a private shuttle to campus.
 
Thank you to our development, construction, operations, leasing and partner teams whose collaboration brought this community to life. We look forward to seeing students make Narrative at Columbia home for years to come.

We’re proud to recognize our Summer 2026 interns in celebration of National Intern Day.

This summer, more than 50 interns joined Landmark Properties across our accounting, development & investment management, and construction teams. Throughout their internships, they’ve gained hands-on experience in our industry - contributing to construction site operations, supporting development and investment analysis and gaining valuable exposure to financial reporting and accounting processes.

Beyond their contributions, our interns have brought fresh perspectives and energy that have made a meaningful impact on our teams. We’re grateful for everything they’ve accomplished this summer and the enthusiasm they’ve brought to Landmark.

Landmark Properties is proud to announce the start of construction on The Mark Eugene - a planned two-phase development totaling 2,275 beds that will bring a new standard of off-campus living to the University of Oregon market.

Phase one, developed in partnership with CrossHarbor Capital Partners, will deliver 1,002 beds at 1290 Alder Street - just 0.1 miles from campus - with occupancy targeted for fall 2028. With nearly 37,000 square feet of amenity space, best-in-class unit finishes, and an unparalleled location immediately adjacent to campus, The Mark Eugene is positioned to set a new benchmark for the Eugene market.

Phase two will be developed separately by Landmark Properties, bringing the community’s total to 2,275 beds.

We’re excited to announce the start of construction on The Standard at Kennesaw, Landmark Properties’ newest purpose-built student housing community serving Kennesaw State University.

Developed in partnership with Paceline Equity Partners, the 656-bed community will feature a variety of floorplans, premium amenities, and a prime location less than a mile from campus. With construction now underway, The Standard at Kennesaw is expected to welcome residents for the 2028-2029 academic year, helping meet the growing demand for high-quality student housing in one of Georgia’s fastest-growing university markets.

This week, Landmark Properties, alongside HC2 Capital, LLC and Peninsula Investments Group, celebrated the official groundbreaking of The Retreat at Boone, a new cottage-style student housing community serving Appalachian State University.

Located on a 40-acre site in Boone, North Carolina, the community will deliver 625 beds for the Fall 27 academic year. The Retreat at Boone will feature over 12,500 square feet of amenities including a resort-style pool, fitness center, skate park, Jumbotron and a variety of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

As part of the ceremony, Landmark presented a $10,000 donation to Casting Bread, supporting its mission to address food insecurity across Western North Carolina through a community-centered food pantry and soup kitchen.

We’re proud to celebrate this milestone and look forward to bringing this vibrant new community to life in Boone!
