Last week, teams across the Landmark portfolio celebrated Maintenance Appreciation Week, taking time to recognize the incredible maintenance professionals who keep our communities running at their best.

Day in and day out, these team members are completing work orders, caring for our grounds, solving problems and helping create communities our residents are proud to call home. We’re incredibly grateful for their hard work, dedication and the care they bring to our properties every day.

Landmark Properties is proud to announce the delivery of The Mark Philadelphia, a 909-bed student housing community in Philadelphia’s University City neighborhood.

Rising 34 stories, The Mark is the tallest student housing property in the University City submarket and offers residents sweeping views of the Center City skyline. Located just one block from the University of Pennsylvania and a short walk from Drexel University, the community features 363 fully furnished residences alongside an extensive collection of academic, social, fitness and wellness amenities.

The Mark Philadelphia marks Landmark’s second ground-up development in the city, following the delivery of The Standard at Philadelphia in 2023, further expanding our presence in one of the country’s leading higher education markets.

Landmark Properties is proud to expand its partnership with Best Buddies International, bringing Best Buddies Living programs to four additional Landmark communities for the 2026–2027 academic year: The Legacy at Ann Arbor, The Standard at Austin, The Standard at Tallahassee and The Station State College.

Best Buddies Living creates inclusive housing opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting greater independence while fostering connection, employment opportunities and meaningful participation within their communities. Since beginning our partnership with Best Buddies in 2023, Landmark has continued to grow its support of the program and now champions Best Buddies Living across 11 communities nationwide.

We’re proud to help create environments where residents can live independently, build relationships and thrive.

Landmark Properties, in partnership with CrossHarbor Capital, has officially broken ground on The Mark Eugene, a new off-campus student housing community located less than one-tenth of a mile from the University of Oregon.

Scheduled to deliver ahead of the 2028–2029 academic year, the first phase will bring 272 units and 1,002 beds to Eugene, along with nearly 37,000 square feet of amenity space and ground-floor retail. As part of the groundbreaking celebration, The Mark Eugene also presented a $10,000 donation to Food for Lane County in support of its work to expand access to food and reduce hunger throughout the local community.

The project represents the first phase of a larger two-phase master plan that will ultimately bring 2,275 beds to the area while creating a pedestrian-connected community near campus.

Move-in season is one of the biggest moments of the year at Landmark Properties, and this year, our teams welcomed tens of thousands of residents across 100+ communities nationwide.

Bringing move-in days to life at this scale takes an incredible amount of preparation, coordination and care. We’re grateful to our on-site teams, corporate teams and vendor partners who worked tirelessly behind the scenes and on the ground to ensure our communities were ready to welcome residents on day one.

This week, Landmark Construction teams across the country recognized Construction Su***de Prevention Week for the third year, joining an industry-wide effort to reduce stigma, encourage open conversations and connect people with support when they need it.

Throughout the week, teams across our jobsites participated in stand-downs and conversations focused on su***de prevention, taking time to honor lives lost and recommit to supporting the people who make up our teams.
 
Construction is built on teamwork, and that sense of responsibility extends well beyond the work itself. By taking time to check in with one another, create space for open conversations and make support resources more visible, our teams continue to strengthen a culture where people know they do not have to navigate difficult moments alone.

Thank you to our field and office teams for making time for these conversations and continuing to reinforce a simple but important message: Take Care of the Home Team.

Landmark Properties, alongside W5 Group, is proud to announce the delivery of The Standard at Syracuse, a 635-bed student housing community located just one block from Syracuse University.

As part of the development, Landmark preserved and reimagined the historic Temple Concord sanctuary, transforming the early-1900s structure into The Concord Club: 4,750 square feet of resident gathering and amenity space.
The seven-story community welcomed its first residents in August, ahead of the start of fall classes, and pre-leasing for the 2027-2028 academic year is already underway. The Standard offers 210 fully furnished apartments and the most extensive amenity package in the Syracuse market, anchored by The Concord Club.

We’re grateful to our partners and teams who brought this project to life and helped deliver an exceptional new home for Syracuse students.

Landmark Properties has expanded its Oxford, Mississippi portfolio with the acquisition of The Domain at Oxford, a 642-bed student housing community located just one mile south of the University of Mississippi.

Acquired in a joint venture with Liberty Mutual Investments, with Peninsula Investments Group also partnering on the transaction, The Domain at Oxford offers a mix of one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments alongside a robust amenity package featuring a fitness center, golf simulator, study spaces, screening theatre, resort-style pool, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and more.

The acquisition further strengthens Landmark’s commitment to the Oxford market, where we recently announced plans to develop The Station Oxford, an 817-bed community anticipated to deliver for the 2027–2028 academic year.
