Being a Realtor in Athens feels pretty easy breezy when everything goes according to plan. 🏡

But the real test comes when things start to fall apart. 👀

The appraisal comes in low.
The inspection gets tense.
The buyer gets nervous.
A title issue pops up.
Or one unexpected problem suddenly changes the tone of the entire deal.

That’s when experience really matters.

Those are the moments when I’m not just checking boxes or moving paperwork from Point A to Point B. I’m helping my clients understand their options, solve problems, make the next right move, and stay steady when the process feels anything but simple.

After 22 years in real estate, I’ve learned that almost every problem has a path forward—you just need someone who knows how to find it.

I love a smooth transaction. But the difficult ones are often the biggest reminder of why having the right Realtor in your corner matters.
