Happy Faces Friday friends and neighbors! Meet this awesome Face of Athens: Marcos Muñoz!

Marcos is Head Baker at beloved athens bakery Independent Baking Co. and the chef behind the pop-up Rocky's Patisserie. Originally from California, Marcos came to Athens via New York City where he honed his baking skills before coming down to join the team behind Athens' best baked goods. We're so lucky to have him here!

We loved talking with Marcos, learning more about his life growing up in California where he played baseball through high school before studying to become a pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu. We know you'll love learning more about him too, so check out our interview on The Faces of Athens!
