2026 has been a strange year for real estate. For me, this year has tossed me a lot of condos! A past client reached out in January about selling her boyfriend’s condo in Statham. I said yes immediately bc I never say no and I loved working with this seller previously. The property took a little longer to sell than I expected ( I told you it’s been strange 😂 ), but I’ve loved working with the clients on this one. The buyers were great too and I enjoyed meeting and working with them here. Big huge thank you to Megan Mann and co for getting this one closed with professionalism and determination. Excellent work all around 🏆.

There’s a little hidden gem of a neighborhood behind my office in Athens, Ga. My super cool first-time home buyers landed this solid mid-century ranch there. I’m thrilled for them. It’s been lightly remodeled and painted blue. It used to be a shocking color combo which you will see when you scroll. Coincidently, I helped a past client buy the house next door a few years ago so I remember when this one was pink! lol Really big thank you to for all the support and guidance. My buyer client loved this back porch and deck area of this home in Oconee County when we first saw it. The yard spaces were just as important to her as the house itself. We toured at least ten homes across the county before this property won the day. I know the buyer would have probably wanted to be surrounded by cows, but Oconee has changed a bit in the last twenty years! This fine home in Windy Creek will suit well for now. I ❤️ when a previous client refers me to a new client. It’s like a built-in trust factor and bond with new folks. These latest buyers were looking for a retirement home they could downsize to in the future. This cute Wood Lake condo foot the bill and we were off. I’ve sold about seven condos in Wood Lake and I’m always surprised at how peaceful and tucked away it is right off bustling Epps Bridge Parkway. You even get a gaggle of geese!
