Welcome to Athens, Food City! Ming CRE Group is proud to have worked alongside the property owner and Food City to secure this prime site in West Athens at the southeast corner of Elm Street and Lucas Ferry Road.

The new 57,000 SF store will feature a full-service pharmacy, gas station, Starbucks, and floral boutique, and is scheduled to open in Spring 2026.
