Smoke Alarms Save Lives! Let Us Install Yours. Sign Up Tuesday, Sept. 30

Madison Fire & Rescue is partnering with the American Red Cross of Alabama for Sound the Alarm, a life-saving initiative aimed at keeping families safe by providing free smoke alarms.

Join us for the Sound the Alarm kickoff event on Tuesday, Sept. 30, at Madison Fire Station 1, located at 101 Mill Road. Stop by to sign up, ask questions, and learn how to better protect your home from fire.

Working smoke alarms can cut the risk of death in a home fire by 50%. We want to ensure every home in Madison is protected; that’s why we’re offering free smoke alarm installations to residents. No cost, no catch.
