Also, Barbie has worked with a number of clients relocating to the greater Athens area, she has helped investors buy and sell rental and investment properties, she has sold farm properties for clients and she has put together land deals for real estate developers. She is a Certified Sales Professional™ (CSP), a Real Estate Loss Mitigation Specialist™ (RELM) and a Real Estate Short Sale Specialist™ (RESS). Barbie has a vast knowledge of the local communities and schools in the greater Athens area having lived in the area her entire life. She is currently a resident of Oconee County. Barbie is happily married and her husband is a successful trial lawyer. Together, they have 7 seven children and several grandchildren. Barbie and her family attend Grace Fellowship Church in Oconee County.
