We recently needed a little light body work done on my car and, of course, we went straight to Accurate Northwest! If you’ve been here long enough, you may know it as “Vern’s”.

They’ve honestly been our go-to place since I was a kid.

Casey Gannon gave us a tour of the facility and introduced us to the team. I was so impressed at how spotless and incredibly well organized the shop was!! You can tell this entire team takes so much pride in what they do.

But even more than that, the folks on this team are simply top-notch. Casey is always so friendly and welcoming, and the entire staff has that same, awesome, upbeat attitude. Everyone we met was kind, professional, and just genuinely enjoyable to be around.

What really stood out to me was that at least half of their team was made up of young folks they are mentoring and training. I just love seeing a local business investing in the next generation like that…it says a lot!!

Not only did they fix up my car, but they even washed it before giving it back to me. Such a nice touch!

When we were leaving, I noticed a sign outside that said, “We make friends by accident” and honestly, it fits.😂 While I hope I don’t need to see them again anytime soon, I would highly recommend Accurate Northwest to anyone needing auto body repair or car assistance!

So grateful for businesses like this here in Boundary County.

Huge shout-out to Dr. Willis and his amazing team at Hank Willis Dentistry in Bonners Ferry. My daughter, Willow, gets her braces checked from an orthodontist in Coeur d’Alene, which usually means an all-day trip for us.

And recently, a small piece of her bite block fell out. I REALLY didn’t have the time to drive all the way to CDA for something that would take 10 minutes to fix. But Dr. Willis’ team came to the rescue!

I reached out to my dental hygienist, Lena, to see if it was even something they could help with and she jumped on it right away! After checking with the team, Sara was texting me with appointment options for that week.

No hassle. No long drive and genuine care. ❤️

This is just another reason why I love living in Bonners Ferry. Dr. Willis and other business owners here in our small town always go above and beyond. Their kindness, communication, and willingness to help truly make a difference.

We’re so grateful for Sara, Lena, and everyone on Dr. Willis’ team. The Graham crew is so grateful to have you here in our community.
