S O L D at 69 Due West Place! Marking a beautiful new beginning for a growing family with five young kids, excited to settle into a wonderful school district and celebrate their very first Christmas in their new home.

Behind the scenes, this was not an easy transaction. It was an estate sale, which often means navigating probate, additional paperwork, timelines, and—most importantly—the emotional weight that comes with loss. We were honored to walk alongside our seller through every step, supporting her through both the logistics and the moments that mattered most.

Her strength and resilience through a very difficult season were remarkable, and it was truly a privilege to help her move forward.

This is the work we love—guiding clients through complex situations with care, strategy, and full-service support from start to finish.
