Sphinx was able to get this Homeowner approve by Farmers Insurance. The situation was odd in the fact that this first time home buyer was told by the Seller that the roof was fine. Our inspection discovered severe damage. After filing a claim the Farmers Adjuster asked us if the roof looked like the original. It did. Therefore, after Sphinx assisted the Farmers Adjuster, by performing a Virtual Inspection, he approved a full roof replacement on the spot without even coming out to do an inperson inspection. As it turned out the previous homeowners had filed a claim shortly before selling the house to our Client. But instead of getting the roof fixed they took the money from the claim and ran. Needless to say, our Client did not pay out of pocket and got a full roof replacement. In Union City, GA (08/31/2020)(Wind & Hail damage)
