Buyers who paused — this one’s for you.

Home affordability is now the best it’s been in nearly four years. And it’s not luck — three things finally shifted at the same time: mortgage rates eased, home price growth slowed, and wages went up.

Does that mean affordability is 100% solved? No. But things are moving in the right direction. And for a lot of buyers, that shift means their projected monthly payment is hundreds of dollars lower than the last time they checked.
