🎉S O L D🎉 How lovely is this townhouse?

So excited to welcome this family home to Georgia in this super charming townhouse! I love the front porch, metal roof and that light color sage green is to die for! 😍😍 There’s also some pretty flowers blooming in the yard! 🌺

I can totally see them out on their new front porch rocking in rocking chairs, drinking sweet tea and talking to the neighbors. They are already loving this warm weather in the South! ☀️

Annnd since they saved money from reduced closing costs, they were able to start renovations inside the home to make it their own and I can’t wait to see the results! 😆

Yay or nay?

I’m in LOVE with this mailbox!😍✨

The unique stained wood design to the sleek box to the numbers facing the front- I just love it all! Also those plants surrounding it just set it off!

Kudos to the designers of this. I’ve never seen anything like it! It also matches their modern “California cool” house too! I’ll share it later🤩

What do y’all think? Would you rock it at your house?

🎉S O L D🎉 How old were you when you bought your first home?

So crazy excited for these two smart, beautiful, young, independent women!!

They just bought the most amazing 2/2.5 townhouse in West Midtown in the beautiful Collier Green community. This home features a two car garage, hard wood floors, a huge outdoor deck, plus a Juliet balcony in the dining room. 😍

At the age of 25. 🤯

I am completely blown away and inspired by them simultaneously but I encouraged them that it would be worth it! It is so wise to go ahead and buy when you’re young instead of renting. You will build equity, grow your net worth, stop throwing your money away and making someone else richer! Why didn’t I think of co-buying instead with a roommate at that age? 🤔

Thanks so much to the agent who reached out to me first about this property so that it didn’t have to go on the market and we didn’t have to get in a bidding war! Also shout out to and for making the closing happen! 🙏
