Step 5: Receive Offer
If your home has been properly prepped and priced, you should start receiving offers in no time! More goes into an offer than just the purchase price. Sometimes contingencies are included, such as financing, the sale of another home, and an official appraisal. Your agent will bring you all offers, and will discuss which one could be the best possible offer. Remember, don’t just look at the purchase price offered, also take into consideration any earnest money offered, the due diligence period, if the buyers already have a pre-approval letter, and closing date. This is where clear and open communication with your agent is imperative. We can help you understand the terms of all offers so you can choose the one you like best.
