MEET THE TEAM! Aubree Beckworth joins Bridger Properties as a Property Accountant, where she supports financial reporting across multiple commercial real estate assets.

Aubree earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama in 2023 and went on to receive her Master of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University in 2025.

Outside of the office, Aubree enjoys traveling, beach trips, trying new foods, and spending time with her dog Bleu and the people she loves most. We’re excited to have Aubree on the Bridger team!

Designed as a new public gathering space in the heart of the district, Green brings more green space, walkability, and community programming to one of Atlanta’s fastest-evolving neighborhoods. Excited to see this project continue adding new energy to South Downtown!

This summer, is taking over the former BrewDog space at with a 4-month, pop-up experience built around music, food, drinks, and bringing people together along the BeltLine.

The project, from the team at , brings together music programming from and food from , creating something that feels very Atlanta in the best way possible. Excited to see this space stay active, creative, and full of energy during the summer.

MEET THE TEAM! Stephen Sparkman joins Bridger Properties as a Property Administrator, supporting our property managers across assigned portfolios with day-to-day operations, financial reporting, AP processing, vendor and tenant coordination, and overall asset management to help deliver a Class-A experience for our clients.

A native Atlantan, Steve is a graduate of Georgia State University’s College of Arts and Sciences, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

We’re excited to have Steve on the Bridger team!

Last week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of Hillrose Market () in Roswell with our client Atlantic Companies! This 7 acre, mixed-use project across the street from Roswell City Hall has been described as a “once-in-a-generation opportunity.” Bridger Properties is thrilled to join the project and bring our unique, neighborhood retail expertise to create a walkable destination where the community of Roswell can thrive. Bridger Properties is proud to handle leasing and property management services for the Atkins Park Collection, where our partners at have announced plans for a refreshed retail experience along North Highland Avenue. The updates will include upgraded storefronts, improved streetscapes, and a new courtyard designed to bring even more energy to the neighborhood.

Our focus? Curating the next lineup of tenants for one of Atlanta’s most iconic retail corridors. Stay tuned.

MEET THE TEAM. We’re excited to welcome Mary Breedlove to Bridger Properties as Property Manager. Mary brings over six years of experience overseeing high-profile, Class-A office and mixed-use portfolios and now leads the management of a mixed-use development in West Midtown.

Her background includes roles with CBRE in Nashville and Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta, along with managing Fourth Ward Offices — a 12-acre mixed-use development on the Atlanta Beltline.

Mary is a graduate of Agnes Scott College and lives in Grant Park with her husband and their two dogs. We’re thrilled to have her on the team!
