Story Time: A First-Time Homeowner Journey 🏡
Congratulations to my amazing first-time homebuyers on purchasing their very first home!

This one started as a referral about 30 days ago, and from the moment we connected, I knew it was going to be special. We toured several homes together, and when we stepped into the one, they just knew. ✨

I’m beyond excited to see how they make this house their home. Thank you to Trenee, my former hair client turned real estate client who purchased her home last year, for the referral and for trusting me again. And a huge thank-you to my buyers for allowing me the privilege to guide you through this journey.

Everything went so smoothly, and I can’t wait for the housewarming! 🥂 Welcome home, and cheers to many beautiful memories ahead. 🏡💕

A special thank you to , my closing attorney, for such a smooth transaction, and a big shoutout to my transaction coordinator, , for holding it down as always. Teamwork truly makes the dream work! 🙌🏽

✨ If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home, I’d love to help you make your move. Whether it’s your first home or your forever home, let’s make it happen together. 🗝️

✨ Testimony Time ✨

About two weeks ago, I received a call from a gentleman who told me something I’ll never forget: he found me on ChatGPT.

After being frustrated with his first realtor, he turned to AI for help. He typed in exactly what he wanted—an agent who:
✅ Negotiates strongly
✅ Has 5-star client reviews
✅ Knows the South Fulton/Atlanta market inside and out

And guess who popped up #1? 🙋🏽‍♀️ Yours truly, Regina Baker with Compass.

Fast forward—just two weeks later—we are officially under contract on his dream home 🎉. Every box on his wish list? ✅ Checked.

This is such a blessing and a true reminder that when you show up authentically, provide excellent service, and build a strong reputation, even technology points people your way. 🙌🏽

💡 Buyers & Sellers: If you’re ready for a trusted agent who brings results, negotiation power, and market expertise, let’s connect. I’d love to help you find (or sell) your dream home!

Making dreams come true — one family, one home at a time. 🏡✨

Congratulations to my amazing first-time homebuyers who closed on their new home today! 🎉 This is such a huge milestone, and I’m beyond excited for them.

Our journey started online, touring many homes together. We even went under contract once before but had to walk away due to too many needed repairs. Still, they never gave up — and today, their perseverance paid off in the best way!

I’m so grateful they trusted me to guide them through the process, and I can’t wait to see how they turn their new house into a beautiful home. 🪴

If you think you might not qualify for a home — let’s talk! You may be closer than you think. I’d love to help you start your journey.

✨I am beyond excited, beyond happy, and incredibly grateful to be recognized as an Atlanta REALTORS® Top Producer!✨

Hard work, dedication, and my passion for helping families find their dream homes have led me to this achievement—and I couldn’t be prouder of myself. What makes this even more special is that I earned this recognition while juggling real estate part-time and running a salon business at the same time!

With 71% of agents not closing a single home in 2024, this accomplishment means everything to me.

Thank you to my amazing clients, supporters, and everyone who has been part of this journey. This is just the beginning—it’s only up from here!

If you want to work with the best of the best—their words, not mine—I’m here to help with all of your real estate needs!

I am always accepting new clients and would love the opportunity to work with you. Let’s make your real estate goals a reality! 🏡✨
