With all this crazy winter weather over the holidays, like most, I started wishing for warmer days. When was the last time you went to the beach or just relaxed with nature?

If it has already been a long time, I understand. Life happens. Sometimes, we just get too busy and can’t find the time to relax and take a short break. But with all your hard work, you definitely deserve a nice vacation from time to time. If you could only be on vacation mode even without traveling, that would be great!

1. One benefit of an escalation clause is that it sets a max spending limit, so you’re less likely to get caught up in the moment and make an offer you can’t afford.

2. Escalation clauses can be especially helpful if the seller is planning on collecting offers and doing a 1-day review.

3. Not every seller is a fan of escalation clauses, so make sure you and your real estate agent know if the seller will be receptive.
