If you’re getting documents notarized in Georgia, here’s something you should know 👇

In Georgia, notaries are only authorized to perform Traditional Wet-Ink Notarization (TWIN). This means:
✍️ Documents must be physically signed in ink
👀 The signer must be present in front of the notary
🆔 Proper identification is required
📜 The notary witnesses the signature and applies a physical seal

❌ Georgia does not permit Remote Online Notarization (RON). All notarizations must be done in person to comply with state law.
