Congratulations to my seller! She called me at the top of the month and said “I need to sell this before December.” And guess what we did? JUST THAT (Nov 30th!). There’s a lesson to be learned in every transaction and this one lesson is: GET TITLE INSURANCE! We ran into a common title defect issue with her home but are still able to close due to her having title insurance! Thank you Faty Joon for trusting me in this process to get this deal done!

SOLD! 💫this one is so bittersweet!! My soul sis !! First and foremost, I’m going to miss you so much!! Don’t leave me 😭 Secondly, thank you so much for trusting me to sell your house in such a short amount of time! I knew without a doubt we’d be able to get more than asking but all the additional stuff, wow! We lucked out! Can’t wait to convince you and to move back so we can go thru this whole process again together 😂 love you and I’m so proud of everything you’ve accomplished!!
