You may see CLHMS™ next to my name, but you may not know the story behind it.

I earned my Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation in 2023, and it continues to be an important part of how I approach luxury real estate.

Because luxury is about more than the home.

It’s understanding the market. Recognizing value. Knowing how to position a property. And creating an experience that reflects the level of service my clients deserve.

Three years later, I’m still learning, growing, and putting that knowledge to work.

Luxury is a standard I choose to uphold. 🤍

“She’ll put your interests first!!” 🤍

That means so much to me, especially coming from clients who have bought three homes over the past 42 years.

This Bonaire home was a special one. Even when my clients couldn’t make the tours themselves, I was there to represent them, keep things moving, and make sure their needs stayed at the center of the process.

Thank you for trusting me to be there when you couldn’t. It was an honor to help make this purchase happen.

Congratulations on your new home! 🏡🔑

CLIENT WINS. I WIN.

A little behind the scenes. A lot to be grateful for.

October feels like a reminder that there is still so much ahead.

New opportunities. New connections. New rooms. New memories.

And through it all, I’m trusting God’s timing, staying present, and continuing to move forward with intention.

Thank you for capturing these moments so beautifully, and for the vision and direction.

Stepping into October grateful for where I’ve been, present in where I am, and excited for what’s next. 🤍

A major commercial property in Dunwoody is now on the market, and there’s more to this listing than the size of the building.

We’re talking about a 1.1M+ SF corporate campus, fully leased to State Farm, with 10 years and $527M in remaining rent reported in the marketing information.

Here’s why you should know this:

Listings like this give us a look at what’s happening beyond residential real estate. The tenant, the lease, the location, the numbers, and the long-term value all matter when you’re looking at a commercial asset.

And I want to know what YOU want to know.

If I broke this property down in more detail, what would you want to see?

💰 The numbers
🏢 The lease
📍 The location
📈 The investment side

Drop your question in the comments. I may make the next post about it. 👀

TUESDAY TOURS WITH LATINA D. 🔑

What’s for sale in East Cobb? 👀

How about more than 6,000 square feet of executive-style living, three levels of space, a private pool and spa, a screened-in porch, expansive outdoor entertaining areas, and a finished terrace level ready for a media room, game space, home gym, guest quarters, or second office.

This is the kind of home that gives you room to work, entertain, host, and unwind all at home.

Come tour it with me. 🏡

“You have so many clients… where do you find them?”

Me: I don’t. They find me. 😂🏃🏽‍♀️

Referrals, relationships, conversations, showings, closings… and apparently a little cardio. 😂

Just another day in real estate.
