Recipe of the Day: Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp

Bright, flavorful, and ready in minutes—perfect for a quick dinner!

✨ Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional)

🍳 Instructions:

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Toss in shrimp, season with salt & pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with parsley.
Serve warm over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread!
