Prefers updated, will consider minor upgrades
If the price is right, they'll consider a fixer upper
Covered parking; garage or carport for at least 2 cars
Up to $850,000, may go higher for the right property
Within walking distance of Downtown Alpharetta-that's the tricky part because it's a VERY sought after area.
They might also consider within walking distance of downtown Roswell too
