Every once in a while, a true unicorn hits the market, and my clients and I knew this was the one the moment we walked in. I always watch my clients' faces and there is a certain look that happens that is very different from than when they like a home - it's ok - and are trying to make it work in their minds. It's an emotional and soul-felt YES that you can't miss when you have spent time together.

Finding a home that combines location, quality, space, and value was our mission and this one delivered on all four. My clients and I spent months of prep for our week of showings and boy did it pay off in a big way! Just minutes from downtown Woodstock and Etowah High School, it offers elegant finishes, exceptional square footage, a fantastic finished basement, and the kind of thoughtful design that stands out immediately.

My buyers knew what they wanted, and together we stayed focused and strategic and didn't hesitate when we knew it was the one. They even got to attend the inspection before returning to New Jersey to get ready for the move. Now we're officially pending and looking forward to the next steps toward closing.

CLOSED on our family home of 9 years yesterday! It has been quite the experience wearing the hats of listing agent, seller, buyer’s agent, and buyer! My husband has now seen all that agents do and realize all the value we bring to our clients — hence the kiss!! 💕💕💕

We close on our beautiful townhouse in Vinings next week! Enter the new era of “the soft life” (i.e. no yardwork and a community pool!). 🤩

Sometimes you have to be patient and make some adjustments in order for the right buyer to appear...and in our case, two appeared at once! We are so excited to be Under Contract with a back-up offer in place. Because this is my personal home, it has been a great learning experience to go through it on both sides of the equation. We have loved this house for 9 years and done a LOT of renovation on it, but the time came for a new chapter for us and we are very excited about all of the new things coming in our future!
