Received this new read from my boss today. I’ve only gotten through the Foreward, Acknowledgments, Author’s Note, Introduction, First Chapter and already I’ve gotten about 3 quotes jotted down.. my favorite thus far is:

Indulged in my one of my favorite stress relief activities this AM.. which is crazy because I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaated running long distance when I was younger (sprinter gang🤙🏾)
Thanks to my buddy I’ve been doing well with my morning runs and have grown to love them.. I find it fascinating - being capable to get from point A to B to C on my own two feet. The goal is to be healthy (of course) & able to visit new destinations and as the sexy, sweaty, stranger site seeing & running their town on her own two feet!
