✨SOLD✨ *Finally*
It’s not always rainbows and butterflies. The last few months of 2024 was a tough time on the market for this listing especially. The election, holidays, and uncertainty in interest rates led to minimal activity for us and from talking to other agents, it was across the board (for the most part). Since January/this new year, the election behind us and what feels like the buyer pool accepting of where rates are (hopefully ease down more this year some), it’s been picking up week by week as I’ve seen with my other listings, several new construction projects has in the pipeline, and talks with other agents with all of my active buyers.
🏡This home underwent some major renovations before hitting the market and did a wonderful job with them. Really appreciate for capturing the beauty of this home as well. Traditional/European looks are quite timeless and this home definitely had that.
🙏🏼Very grateful for continued trust by clients in me to deliver and walk them through the home selling process. This isn’t selling sunset, or HGTV, there is a ton of work that goes into each of these deals behind the scenes and it can get intense at times.
🏡Funny story behind this one, I was in my pickup truck one day at home goods about to back up and I saw this lady behind me in a very nice car approaching me, she asked if I could help her take some furniture to her home just a few minutes away with my truck and that she would pay me to do so. I agreed but told her instead of paying me to just please refer me to anyone she knows looking to buy or sell a home in the near future, she then looks at me and tells me, “We’re actually about to sell our home and it’s a $2M home!”….I was in shock and looked up to the sky thinking… the big man upstairs is still paving the way everyday. This was nearly 4 years ago too when I was still somewhat fresh as a Realtor and had never had a listing that big. While the “about to” part was off by about 3.5 years 😂
I am still very grateful for that moment. I learned a lot with this listing and it will and has paid massive dividends in many ways. 🙏🏼
