February kept me running… and I loved every minute of it. 🏡✨

Three closings in one month means a lot of showings, phone calls, negotiations, and problem solving behind the scenes. But the best part? Watching my clients walk away from the closing table with smiles, keys in hand, and a brand new chapter ahead of them.

Every home has a story, and I’m so grateful to be trusted to guide people through one of the biggest moments of their lives. February reminded me that this business isn’t just about contracts and deadlines… it’s about new beginnings.

HUUUGE thank you to everyone who donated to Armand’s care and shared his post! We are so thankful to our community for supporting us in saving these precious souls 💕

The next new face we have for you is Pip! Pip was owner surrendered to an overflowing Georgia shelter due to no fault of his own. Their staff reached out to us and we found an open foster 🥰 and the rest is history!

This friendly playful boy is around 2 years old and will be available for adoption once he completes vetting and we know more about his personality 🐶

Some days, the missing hits a little harder. Happy Birthday in heaven to my dad, the man who taught me grit, heart, and how to stand up straight in this wild world. I still hear his voice in the quiet moments, and I carry his love of standing up for the little guy into everything I do. 💛
