I love this home with the porch and the small shed on the side. The landscaping is simple but appealing, the stone on the fireplace and around the bottom add to the rustic cabin feel and the ferns make you feel like you are deep in the woods living the good life, the simple, but peaceful life.

Everybody doesn’t want a big home, but I do believe that everyone who wants a home does deserve the opportunity to make that home ownership dream come true. That’s just my opinion, what do y’all like this?

This home was built through the USDA 502 Direct Home loan program. The young lady who owns this home is also a 502 direct loan packager for the USDA 502 direct home loan program and she receives payment assistance and her monthly note is around $850 a month.

This is a picture from her testimony in a Facebook group that we are both in. She did the work, received her COE “Certificate of Eligibility” and closed on her brand new home. You have the choice to build or buy but, you must be willing to believe that you can own a home and be willing to show up for yourself like she did.

I am greateful for the opportunities that birthed from my years of hard work that seemed impossible for years. If you or someone that you know falls into the very-low to low income bracket, then this affordable housing opportunity through the USDA may be for you.
