HVAC alert! I recently learned that the $$ of HVAC systems is going up in the new year from 10-45%! And if that doesn't leave you cold enough, the coolants being used are also changing to a propane based refrigerant! A flammable substance . . . who wants that in their home?! So if you have an older system nearing it's life expectancy now may be the time to get a new furnace and A/C. I just switched my 20 year old system out on Tuesday and am telling everyone about the changes. Call your HVAC company or let me know if you need a referral.
