Mortgage rates ticked up a bit this week — now sitting in the mid-6% range. Even though that’s higher than what we saw earlier this fall, it’s still lower than the peaks from earlier this year 🙌

💡 Home prices are still up compared to last year, but they’re not rising as fast — meaning the market is cooling just a bit. Some buyers hit pause with rates creeping up, but trust… when rates drop again, things will move fast 👏
