Our 2026 Agent Leadership Council Retreat was a reminder of exactly why this group is so special.
We started the day at Trilith Guesthouse with an incredible session from Rennie and ended it with a cook-off challenge, plenty of laughs, and the kind of connection that makes a leadership team stronger.
At Keller Williams, the ALC is more than a committee. It’s a group of top-producing agents who choose to give their time, perspective, and leadership back to the market center. They help us stay connected to what our agents need, strengthen our culture, solve problems, and make sure the market center continues to flow and grow.
And this ALC has been AMAZING at it.
They lead businesses of their own, yet they still make time to serve something bigger than themselves. That says everything about who they are.
