I’m grateful…..

Today I’m grateful not for things but just life in general….. Sometimes you have to sit back and reflect on the most important thing and that’s LIFE. At times it can get the best of you but no matter what you have to keep going.

In today’s society things can get really noisy and busy. If it all seem to get a bit much take a step back and evaluate. Know your strengths and don’t be afraid to ask for help. This is for men, women, business owners or whoever it applies.

During the evaluation process the changes that are necessary should grab your attention. Listen it’s a marathon not a race. Take one day at a time and build whatever it is you are working on. For me it’s been a whole lotta self care from inside out.

What I realized is I give so much of me to so many genuinely to some that don’t even call to check in on me. My real A1’s when I’m off and quite they are calling, coming or checking. I’m forever grateful for them and don’t take them for granted 💋🥰💋

I’m back, refreshed and ready to execute the master plan!

Show’ m what you got!

I’m honored to share this moment with my client and Sister on her big Closing Day! We met at a meet up and shared with me that she wanted to purchase a home for her Birthday and I said let’s do it!

House #1 we thought was it….. the builder tried to play her……. after dropping over $20K in Non Refundable EM it was just too many shenanigans.

The bullying and slick talk was CRAZY… Guess who know contracts and knew it was a way out ??? Yeah ok….. Needless to say I made a Chess move and terminated the contract requesting EM to be returned to the Buyer.

Here we go again…… Slick Talk ….. Please show me a Fully Executed Contract….. Thanks . The moral of the story one of the Amendments to the agreement was never signed by the Seller because they were being difficult and the agent was on Vacation….. They dropped the ball and I ran it when we were ready to walk!

Found this beautiful home on the same day at 8:30pm with a flashlight 🔦 and my client open mind because all I could show her was dirt. I knew exactly what she wanted and asked her to trust me on this and she did. Needless to say she love her final product and now she can call it 🏡.

Soooo this happened this weekend 😁

My client reached out to me letting me know that she had her Pre -Approval but it was for “Only” $193K. She was a little disappointed because she felt that she wouldn’t be able to find anything nice within that price range.
