We met at an open house and realized quickly we had so much in common being from SoFLA and both . We clicked! He shared with me what he was looking for and we got to work.
Anyone who has worked with me knows I’m all about keeping the cash in your pocket. I’m constantly trying to figure out creative ways to finance a home with as little down as possible.
I introduced him to my amazing lender team. Who got us to the closing table with no downpayment, conventional loan, and no PMI (private mortgage insurance). I also negotiated $7K in closing costs from the seller. This allowed Rod to close with total out of his pocket of $3835.01 giving him a savings of over $22K 🤑
Not to mention he got a beautiful home close to the beltline, on an established street and so much growth happening around him.
