🏡 FROM DREAMS TO DIRT. LET’S BUILD. 🏡

Today, 1853 Defoor Avenue officially became more than plans on paper.

We broke ground on the Popoola family’s custom home. And this one feels special.

Building a spec home is one thing. Building a home designed around the people who will actually live there is something completely different.

Every room. Every detail. Every decision. This home is being created specifically for the Popoola family and the way they want to live.

I’ll never forget how nervous they were when we started this process. There were a lot of decisions and a lot of unknowns. Now? Our weekly check-ins have become one of my favorite parts of the project. We talk through the progress, what’s coming next, and watch something that once existed only in their imagination start becoming real.

And now we have DIRT MOVING! 🙌🏾

Congratulations to the Popoola family on this HUGE milestone. I’m so excited to watch your dream home come out of the ground and even more grateful to be part of the journey.
